We carry liability insurance of one million dollars and our workers are covered by workmans compensation insurance. When comparing quotes with other companies, please ask for proof of insurance coverage.
Stilwell Construction, LLC applies the metal with screws at every rib on every row of girts (sidewall lumber) and purlins (roof lumber). Fascia trim and rat guard are standard on every building with overhead door's. Base guard/Rat guard must be requested on 3-sided buildings. We build all steel framed sliding doors on site. No lumber is used in our sliding doors because wood built sliders will warp and/or rot over time. Not all companies have the same high building standards as ours so please ask questions, compare materials and give us a chance to make you happy with your investment.
